Brandy joined MarshBerry in 2022 as a Vice President within MarshBerry’s Financial Advisory team. Her current responsibilities include acting as a client-facing lead on merger & acquisition (M&A) and financial consulting projects, developing strategy and implementation of client deliverables, as well as recognizing opportunities for growth that ultimately enhance client satisfaction.
Brandy has over ten years of experience in investment banking, data analytics and business management – plus tenure as an entrepreneur and nonprofit leader.
Prior to joining MarshBerry, Brandy was a Senior Business Analyst & Director of Data Analytics for CM&F Group, Inc. In addition to this role, she was the diligence captain for the firm where she coordinated efforts internally and in conjunction with M&A and integration teams. She has also held roles with Bank of America Securities Corporation and Bear, Stearns & Co., Inc.
Brandy currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Brandy graduated with honors earning her Bachelors of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and her Master of Business Administration in Finance & Management from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
