During Jessica’s tenure at MarshBerry, she has had the opportunity to coach over 500 producers, either individually or in group settings. With over a decade of experience in consulting, training, and business-to-business sales, Jessica brings a wealth of experience to the table.
Before joining MarshBerry, she earned notable honors such as the President’s Club, as well as being recognized for her ability to achieve consistent year-over-year growth. Jessica also took active responsibility for mentoring junior members of her sales teams to nurture up-and-coming talent and foster a culture of collaboration.
Jessica’s commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends enables her to offer innovative solutions and deliver outstanding results. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The Ohio State University, where she specialized in education and history.
