As a Director in the Financial Advisory division, Kelly guides clients through the complexities of capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and perpetuation planning. Her goal is to maximize impact and client value with distinctive insights and strategic recommendations.

Kelly currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Kelly is a Certified Public Accountant with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy since 2001 and has a Master of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University.
She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and Financial Executives International (FEI).
