As part of MarshBerry’s Financial Advisory team, Nic focuses on merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory for both buy side and sell side clients as well as insurance firm valuation services, due diligence projects and general consulting projects.
Nic currently maintains the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation in the State of Ohio. In addition, he is pursuing a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation as a Level III CFA Candidate, having passed Levels I & II in June 2019 and December 2020, respectively.
Nic currently maintains the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam in addition to the Series 7, 79 and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA-registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC.
Nic graduated with honors from Walsh University with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Accounting & Finance. He currently serves as an Alumni Board member.
