MarshBerry Advises RS Insurance Brokers Limited on its Sale to the PIB Group Limited

The transaction was announced on 30 September 2024 and is subject to regulatory clearance by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

The move marks the culmination of a 16-month process to find a partner that aligns with PIBs commitment to exceptional client service and growth. The acquisition provides the clients of RS Insurance Brokers with access to new resources and opportunities, enabling the company to continue its trajectory of growth and innovation.
