Jack Pratt Joins MarshBerry as Financial Advisory Vice President

Pratt’s years of successful team management and achievements in core areas such as risk analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and business development make him a valuable ally for MarshBerry clients.

In his new role, Pratt oversees merger and acquisition (M&A) and financial consulting projects, strategy development, and client relationships, ensuring principals have access to vital data and new growth opportunities. A Dallas, Texas native, Pratt was awarded Best Insurance Professional by D Magazine in 2020.

Before joining MarshBerry, Jack Pratt held the positions of Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Director of Business Development. He received his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Jack is also a passionate volunteer for the cause of human rights.
