The transaction closed on November 1, 2024.

Founded in 1999 by Jan Graybill, Managing Partner, Legacy focuses on exit planning for business owners, family office services and pre-retiree financial planning. With offices across eastern Pennsylvania the firm manages approximately $2.5 billion in assets under management.

Legacy represents the latest addition to HUB Retirement and Private Wealth, a growing division of HUB International that offers institutional and retirement services to organizations and customized private wealth management services to individuals and families.
