MarshBerry Proudly Announces Brian Refici has Joined the Firm as Vice President

MarshBerry is excited to announce and congratulate Brian Refici, on his appointment as Vice President.

Based in Woodmere, OH, Refici is charged with acting as a client-facing lead on merger & acquisition (M&A) and financial consulting projects, developing strategy and implementation of client deliverables, and recognizing opportunities for growth that ultimately enhance client satisfaction.

Prior to joining MarshBerry, Refici was Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations at The Hartford Financial Services Group, Inc. In this role, he was charged with understanding the valuation gaps between public markets and intrinsic value. During his tenure at The Hartford, he also spent eight years in various M&A roles where he was active in multiple buy and sell side transactions and led The Hartford’s acquisition in the Group Life and Disability space.

Prior to joining The Hartford, he worked in various finance roles before moving into the Corporate Development department at United Technologies, where he led numerous M&A transactions, partnerships and licensing agreements.
