With over 30 years of experience in the investment and insurance industries, Hohman brings a deep expertise in leadership, strategy, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and business operations. She is known for her M&A transaction success and her ability to drive organic growth while fostering a culture of innovation and building diverse, high-performing teams. Previously, Hohman served as Executive Vice President and Wealth Management Practice Leader at Alera Group.

Starnes joins MarshBerry with more than 20 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, and asset management, with deep expertise in consulting, leadership, strategic partnerships, investments and advisory. Prior to joining MarshBerry, he held leadership roles at two national RIAs and most recently was Principal and Founder at Antrim Bay & Co., where he served as a strategic advisor to RIAs, wealth management, and financial services firms. His work included M&A advisory, leadership development, strategic planning, and providing guidance on valuation, integration planning, strategic partnerships, and capital structures.
