In 2017, FirstChoice updated its business model to become an agency member network, offering a new menu of services for agents looking to thrive in the competitive insurance landscape. This included direct carrier access, strategic business planning, advanced technology solutions, and a comprehensive education platform. 

This new model enabled FirstChoice to assist hundreds of captive agents in the transition to independent agency ownership. As a result, it quickly evolved into one of the fastest-growing insurance networks in the United States, with member agencies spanning 38 states and counting.

In 2022, FirstChoice joined forces with MarshBerry creating a platform that continues to deliver high value to agents and agencies seeking sustainable revenue growth.
