Financial Advisory Team Director, and recent nominee for a 2024 Business Insurance Women to Watch award, Casey Pont, leads a successful merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory team serving MarshBerry’s sell side and buy side clients. Her other responsibilities include M&A valuation and analysis, confirmatory financial due diligence, compensation consulting, perpetuation planning, and other financial consulting projects.
In addition to her extensive M&A activity, Casey leads two Strategic Issues Groups within MarshBerry’s executive peer exchange network, Connect, including one dedicated to firms with over $100 million in annual revenue. Her experience navigating dynamic markets ensures clients receive strategic, data-informed guidance to maximize their market position and growth.
Casey’s career began at AIG in New York, where she was promoted up the ranks to Senior Financial Analyst. In 2012, she continued her career growth with a new role with Liberty International Underwriters, becoming a Finance Project Leader. Casey joined MarshBerry in 2016 and now co-leads MarshBerry’s sell side practice.
Casey holds the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE®) Exam, and the Series 62, 79, and 63 FINRA Registrations through MarshBerry Capital, LLC, the affiliated FINRA registered Broker/Dealer of Marsh, Berry & Co., LLC. She graduated from Miami University with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance with a concentration in Communications.
