Randy Fulmer is a Regional Vice President for FirstChoice, a MarshBerry Company. In his role, he helps agencies and brokers evaluate their operations, review carrier appointments and grow their book of business.
History
With 30 plus years in the insurance industry, Randy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in various regional carrier leadership roles including claims, personal lines underwriting and sales and marketing. He started as a Claims Representative at Selective Insurance in Pennsylvania, then joined Westfield Old Guard Insurance where he served in a variety of roles including Marketing Manager, Personal Lines Underwriting Manager, Claims Examiner, Claims Supervisor, and Property Claims Representative. He has also held roles at Zinn Insurance as Marketing Director and Senior Sales Manager as well as Assistant Vice President for Donegal Insurance Group.
Accomplishments and Projects
Expanding on his expertise in the industry, Randy is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), an Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Personal Insurance (API), Property Claims Law Associate (PCLA), Casualty Claims Law Associate (CCLA), and holds a Pennsylvania Property &Casualty Agent license. Randy is a graduate of West Chester University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Economics
Randy resides in Lebanon, PA, with his wife Sherie. He enjoys traveling, collecting hockey trading cards, golf, spending time with his children and grandchildren and volunteering at his church.
